4.1 Natural Variations

Our products include natural crystals, stones, and handcrafted Orgone Pyramids. Due to the inherent nature of natural materials, each piece may vary slightly in color, pattern, size, shape, and weight from the images displayed on the Site. Such variations are not defects but are a natural characteristic of authentic crystals and handcrafted items. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

4.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

4.3 Handcrafted Items

Many of our Orgone Pyramids and healing tools are handmade. Minor imperfections, slight asymmetry, or small air bubbles are normal characteristics of the handcrafting process and do not constitute defects.
